“Our thoughts and tensions are like birds. We cannot prevent them from flying over us, but we can prevent them from nesting in our minds. It’s better to observe them and let them be than to try to hold on to them.”

A very relevant theme, since I painted it in the midst of deep grief and complex emotions. Very grateful to @desordescreativas for the invitation and for allowing me to channel part of all that emotion into something I love.”
