1. ZERO COST FOR THE OWNER: The cost of the mural will be borne by the festival organization, exempting the property owner from any cost and liability. The festival will be responsible for all costs incurred, such as logistics, materials, artist fees and per diems, etc. In addition, the festival organization will be responsible for obtaining all legal permits to carry out the work, as well as complying with all occupational safety regulations during the execution of the work. 2. CREATIVE FREEDOM: If you donate your wall, keep in mind that this is a street art festival based mainly on creative freedom and artistic expression. This is not a private commission, which is why there is no cost for the owners. Therefore, you must trust the trajectory and selection criteria of the festival and the artistic quality of the participating artists and give them creative freedom to carry out their work on your property. 3. MINIMUM PERMANENCE OF THE WORKS: The work carried out on your property must have a minimum duration of 5 years, unless some type of structural emergency occurs (works due to damage to the property that irremediably require the removal of the mural). This is because we must take into account that this is a public art festival, financed by the city council and the provincial government of A Coruña, with a public investment in the common good that is the urban center of the town, so this investment must have a minimum lifespan in the coming years after its completion. To formalize the transfer of the wall, the owner will sign a document between the two parties (owner and festival) in which these premises will be specified and this agreement between the parties will be given legal formality.
